Within the framework of the entrepreneurship project, which have been selected 5 start-ups, related to the world of packaging; ColorSensing, Kartox, Recircula Solutions, 3DClick, Venvirotech. Two of the four entrepreneurship training sessions have taken place. These sessions have also been open to our member partners, who have had concerns about disruptive methods.

The first session told us about the development of the disruptive product, where different methodologies were explained to capture the essence of our product and service. We saw different methodologies such as Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking and others.

In the second session we discussed the methodology CANVAS, method of creation through some specific interviews to the final user, which you can see if the product you are creating adapts to the needs of the end user. We were also able to treat the methodology in a practical way in each case of the start-ups.

Within this program, we have two sessions to make, the management Agile session of Projects, where we will work Agile management methodologies such as SCRUM o SPRINT and its scaling up to standard management based on Waterfall and the last session that will be related to the search for financing.

These training sessions are carried out by Garage Lab, those who are doing all the methodological part of the projects, such as dynamization, advice ... To accompany these companies to their development process. We can carry out this program thanks to ACCIO's support
