From the entity, we invite you next June 28 to participate in this face-to-face meeting at the RotorPrint facilities, where we will present the first results and the validation of the MeætPack project, a sustainable packaging study for the meat sector and of the alternative protein, and then a visit to the facilities of our partner RotorPrint.

The MEÆT PACK project is an initiative promoted by the Packaging Cluster together with INNOVACC, the Catalan alternative meat and protein cluster, and executed by inédit.

Its objective: Create a sectoral guide for meat packaging and alternative protein in the context of the Circular Economy and Ecodesign. The study, financed by the Waste Agency of Catalonia through the call for Projects to promote the circular economy, aims to analyze the different sustainable packaging solutions in a holistic way, throughout their life cycle : both for the ecological footprint of the packaging itself, and for the food waste of the product they contain and that these containers can avoid.

This is why we invite companies and organizations from the 3 sectors to this day: packaging, meat and alternative protein and recycling and end of life.
